We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who will serve as a strategic business collaborator with proven experience in events and/or BTL services. The role requires the ability to build new client relationships while maximizing potential from existing clients, thereby contributing to the agency’s overall growth.

This position is responsible for both client retention and acquisition, identifying new business opportunities across various agency offerings, and maintaining high standards of excellence in all marketing communications, products, and services. The ideal candidate will nurture strong client partnerships based on strategic insight, quality delivery, and dependable service—with the ultimate goal of becoming a trusted advisor. This role involves regular interaction with clients and senior leadership to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in terms of both execution and business impact.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will drive business to achieve set business targets in terms of revenue.
• The candidate will be responsible for Key Account Management.
• The candidate will work closely with ideation and creative team for strategy / conceptualization on projects.
• Conduct regular research on existing clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
• Continuously educate the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials for client pitches to ensure that all clients are aware of the various entertainment solutions.
• Developing exclusive partnerships with existing clients by negotiating better rates of project delivery.
• Determining the pricing of the event in line with the set parameters for net and gross profitability.
• Will be responsible to prepare pre-event P&L with production team.
• Preparation of a detailed project plan including all the activities and timelines required for the delivery of the project.
• Coordinate with operations and servicing team internally to ensure proper staffing on the project based on bandwidth available within each department.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
