As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, and sales for events. Your role will involve identifying, researching, and approaching potential sponsors and partners for events. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base. Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders will be crucial, along with collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that the company's offerings meet customer needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing marketing plans to promote the company's products and services, as well as reporting on business development and client servicing activities to senior management. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field along with a minimum of 4-8 years of proven experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with analytical skills and customer service skills.
