What You’ll Do: Translate product and business goals into smart, user-friendly UI solutions Understand the broader vision and turn complex product requirements into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally effective user interfaces that align with both business objectives and user needs. Design intuitive, pixel-perfect, and aesthetically engaging interfaces across mobile and web platforms Deliver high-fidelity UIs that combine usability and visual finesse. You’ll ensure consistency, clarity, and responsiveness while enhancing brand expression through visual detail and interaction quality. Create consistent, scalable, and flexible design systems Contribute to or build out a comprehensive design system, including reusable components, typography styles, color tokens, layout patterns, and documentation ensuring product consistency and design efficiency across teams and touchpoints. Design effective data visualizations that clarify and communicate insights Transform raw data into visual narratives using charts, graphs, and dashboard components that make patterns, comparisons, and performance indicators clear, engaging and actionable for users. Stay on top of emerging UI trends, visual storytelling, and micro-interactions Continuously explore the latest in visual design, motion, and interaction paradigms, bringing fresh, relevant ideas that elevate the product experience and keep the brand’s UI cutting-edge and delightful. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, developers and stakeholders Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to co-create design solutions from concept to execution. You’ll participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and handoff meetings, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and shared understanding across teams. Advocate for user-centric design with a special focus on Millennial and Gen Z audiences Understand the digital behaviors, cultural preferences, and emotional triggers of our target users. Use that understanding to shape interfaces that feel relatable, trustworthy, and genuinely useful to them. Design with accessibility and performance in mind Ensure your UI designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG compliance, keyboard navigation, contrast) and contribute to performant front-end implementation by making thoughtful choices about hierarchy, motion, color, and complexity. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in UI design for digital products ( only core UI design experience will be considered ) Strong portfolio showcasing work in mobile & web platforms UI design Good grasp over typography, color, layout, spacing, composition, visual hierarchy etc Quick in creating interactive prototypes, out of box explorations & iterations Proven understanding of design systems, grids, components, and responsive design Passion for clean, usable interfaces and the ability to explain your design decisions Strong data visualization skills; knows how people read, compare, and act on data. Love geeking out about visualizations: radar charts, progress bars, trends over time & know how to make them clear and compelling. Awareness of current UI trends, motion design practices, and interaction patterns Great communicator and team player—comfortable sharing ideas and feedback Experience designing for mobile-first products or dashboard-heavy tools Bonus if you have: Personal or professional experience with fitness, wellness, or sports tracking apps Understanding of behavior design or gamification techniques Familiarity with performance tracking, habit-forming features, or reward systems Can write microcopy that aligns with the vibe of Gen Z / Millennials.
