About the role --

entry-level Visual Designer

What you'll do:

1. Visual Content Creation

You’ll design clean, engaging visuals for learning modules, social posts, decks, and more. Expect to work on layouts, illustrations, simple GIFs, and visual assets that help content come alive.

2. Motion Graphics

You’ll help storyboard short animations and collaborate with video editors on explainer videos, intros, and social reels. You’ll also get to explore simple motion graphics and transitions to make content more dynamic.

3. Design & Brand File Management

You'll help keep our design files organized, on-brand, and easy to navigate. This includes maintaining the asset library, supporting updates to the design system, and ensuring consistency across templates, components, and visuals used by the team.

4. Visual Design Brainstorming

You’ll contribute ideas during brainstorms, stay curious about what’s trending in design and animation, and learn by participating in design critiques and collaborative sessions.

5. Developer Handoff Preparation

You’ll help export and organize assets for smooth handoff to developers or other teams, ensuring files are clean, named properly, and ready to go.

6. Social Media Creatives

You’ll create scroll-worthy, brand-aligned visuals for platforms like Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn—ranging from carousels to animated posts and community updates.

7. Continuous Learning & Innovation

You’ll explore tools, trends to build your craft. We value curiosity and a strong desire to improve through feedback and experimentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in graphic design or a related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, new age LLM and GPT generation tools for AI based design
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus if you have:

Bonus if have Experience with brand guidelines, UI screens, animated interfaces, or building simple prototypes. You’ve worked on storyboarding for motion graphics, explored various visual/art styles, or just have a general love for trying new things visually.
