Visual Designer (4 – 9 Years)

Experience in content/graphic design for business presentations and materials
Lead the team of designers for CMT industry and drive them towards latest design principles in the market.
Conceptualize and visualize design for digital & print media (branding for client visit and RFPs)
Template creation & upliftment for client presentation, leadership meeting and RFPs
Collaborate with various IT/Business stakeholders to determine visual design preferences and expectations.
Create / organize design library for the team members / business users and educate the design team on latest corporate visual guidance.
Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event/client visit materials.
Ability to work on multiple design work and adhere to timelines shared by stakeholders.
Connect with stakeholders on their feedback and guidelines & improve the design elements.
Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends
Have design aesthetics to present graphically designed content.
Skill to design multiple formats, including not limited to presentations, brochures, booklets, flyers, posters etc.
Skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Word graphic template designs and graphic editing tools like Photoshop & Illustrator
Skills in tools related to Video editing are added advantage.
Experience in creating marketing materials are added advantage.
Ability to communicate well with business and technical stakeholder to gather requirements and convert to graphical design formats.
Ability to manage a team of designers, assign tasks and review deliverables.
Certifications on UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD are added advantage.
