Job Description

  • Deliver results as per customer requirements with high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide resolutions for queries related to Training Administration.
  • Assist customers with Training Administration issues via Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Perform detailed case analysis and document cases in the system, generating tickets.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports for customers using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage training activities on Learning Management Systems.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent MS-Office skills.
  • Mandatory Any Graduate.
  • Pro-active and analytical with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and flexible to work in a 24X5 environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success.
  • Experience in Voice, Email, and Chat support is preferred.
  • A Diploma in Quality Management is optional.
