Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in telesales or a related field. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and sales techniques. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling products and services to potential customers. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and objectives. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Familiarity with financial products and services, including small finance banking.
