Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Telesales to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related field. Roles and Responsibility Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other methods. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Job Requirements Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and adaptability.
