Primary Title: Talent Acquisition Associate - BPO Recruitment

About The Opportunity

We operate in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, focused on high-volume contact centre and back-office staffing across India. This onsite role sits within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function that fills voice, non-voice, technical support, sales, and back-office positions for large-scale operations and enterprise clients.Career Bloc is hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring campaigns, maintain robust candidate pipelines, and ensure SLAs are met across volume-driven hiring drives.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO roles: source, screen, schedule, close offers, and hand over to onboarding.
  • Execute high-volume sourcing across job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and walk-ins using Boolean and targeted search strategies.
  • Conduct telephonic and video screenings to assess fit, document candidate feedback, and maintain ATS records.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, drive interview rhythm, and expedite decisioning to meet SLAs.
  • Manage offer creation, negotiation, background-verification coordination, and joining formalities for bulk hiring.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, pipeline health) and propose process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in high-volume BPO or contact centre recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach
  • Experience in telephonic screening and structured candidate assessment
  • Track record of managing offer processes and coordinating background verifications
  • Comfortable working onsite and meeting aggressive hiring SLAs and KPIs

Preferred

  • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
  • Exposure to campus hiring or bulk deputation drives
  • Certification in recruitment sourcing or LinkedIn Recruiter training
