What You'll Do…
Requirements Analysis
: Analyze and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).Specification Development
: Translate high-level business and functional requirements into detailed developer-ready specifications, workflows, data models, and technical user stories.Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Developers to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility of requirements.Strategic Evaluation
: Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.Quality Assurance Support
: Review test cases to ensure coverage and alignment with requirements.Clear Documentation
: Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation that is accessible, clear, and version controlled.Agile Participation
: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical walkthroughs.
What You’ll Need…
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, with equivalent experience considered.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3+ years as a Systems Analyst and 3–5 years as a developer (C#, Python, Angular, or similar).
- Proven ability to interpret BRDs and FRDs and translate them into developer-ready documentation.
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC, including both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Moqups, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and precisely.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones is a plus.
- Domain knowledge of shipping and logistics would be advantageous.
