As an Associate Sales Manager, youll be a key representative of our cool and happening travel brand. Youll engage directly with our customers, educating them about the brand, addressing their needs, and resolving any friction in the sales process. Youll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with prospects, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from inquiry to booking. By providing top-notch customer service youll help drive revenue growth and contribute to the continued success of Experience Co. Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. Conduct personalized outreach and follow-up calls with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the right offerings. Develop and manage sales documents, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process and enhance customer touchpoints. Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact for any sales-related inquiries, addressing client questions or concerns promptly and professionally Lead Management & Pipeline Growth Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and opportunities to ensure a healthy flow of potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead generation efforts, ensuring that all leads are followed up in a timely manner. Proactively identify potential sales challenges and collaborate across departments to resolve them Revenue Growth Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities, ensuring efficient sales operations. Be accountable for meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase the value of each client. Improvement, Reviews & Reporting Continuously refine the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
