Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist customers in buying insurance/financial products over the phone.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle leads, follow up, and close sales efficiently.
Ensure accuracy, productivity, and a great customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams as needed.
