Role Overview

Psychology Research Associate,

Key Responsibilities

• Content research and content creation.
• Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of the journal and its projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
• Comprehensive editing and peer-reviewing.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the journal and engage with the community.
• Communicating and sharing relevant information with clients.
• Assist in organising conferences, workshops, paper presentations and events of the company.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of neurolinguistics and contribute to discussions on emerging trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Psychology is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and other basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision-making.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
