You will have the opportunity to edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional content, and training materials by adding transitions, effects, sound, and graphics to enhance the overall video content. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory is essential. Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is also required. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Being detail-oriented, creative, and open to feedback will be beneficial as you work on multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Role Overview As our Psychology Research Associate, your role plays a bridge role between theory, data, and real-world application . Your core responsibility is to support, execute, and translate psychological content with methodological rigor and ethical care. You will design, run, analyze, and support psychological content projects , ensuring data quality, ethical compliance, and meaningful interpretation, under the supervision of a senior researcher or content supervisor. Key Responsibilities Content research and content creation. Coordinate and oversee the operational aspects of the journal and its projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines. Comprehensive editing and peer-reviewing. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the journal and engage with the community. Communicating and sharing relevant information with clients. Assist in organising conferences, workshops, paper presentations and events of the company. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of neurolinguistics and contribute to discussions on emerging trends. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Psychology is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision-making. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
