Associate Product Manager

You will be responsible for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into detailed product specifications, workflows, and user stories. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with business priorities, collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams for smooth product execution, track product progress, address blockers, and ensure timely delivery. Supporting product launches, collecting user feedback, and iterating based on data will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting market and competitor research to identify new opportunities or features is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills, a high IQ with attention to detail, and a basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, and coding. Clear and confident communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelors's degree in Engineering/Technology, an MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or Technology Management, internship or prior experience in product or project coordination roles, and experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or digital platforms is a plus.
