Associate Product Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and driving execution across cross-functional teams. The PM will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products deliver maximum value while aligning with business goals. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities. Customer & Market Insights Gather and analyze customer feedback, pain points, and needs. Translate insights into product features and enhancements. Product Planning & Execution Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories. Prioritize backlog and manage trade-offs between scope, time, and resources. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing and sales teams on product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and launch plans. Collaborate with customer success and support teams to enhance user experience. Data & Performance Tracking Define and monitor key product metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS, revenue impact). Use analytics and data insights to guide product decisions and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication Present updates, roadmaps, and product performance to leadership. Ensure alignment between business goals and product initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus). 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role. Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and UX principles. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
