Job Summary: As the Product Manager for Cloud Services, you will own the product lifecycle of ZeaCloud’s IaaS, PaaS, and Managed Services offerings. You will define the product strategy, drive market-led innovation, coordinate with engineering and sales, and ensure successful delivery of high-value, differentiated cloud solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, DRaaS, BaaS, SD-WAN and other offerings. Benchmark against Global and Indian competitors and strengthen ZeaCloud’s differentiation. Collaborate with executive leadership to align product vision with company strategy. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercialization: 2. Design service bundles for target verticals (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, IT/ITES). 3. Support sales with pricing models, solution pitches, and RFP responses. 4. Coordinate with marketing to develop product collateral and launch campaigns. 5.Customer & Partner Engagement: Act as voice of the customer – gather feedback from key accounts, sales teams, and support. Identify and prioritize customer needs and translate them into product features. 6. Collaborate with channel partners, hyperscalers, and ISVs to enhance ecosystem integration. 7. Product Delivery & Operations: Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to facilitate development. Define SLAs, performance and benchmarks Monitor product usage, churn, and profitability. Qualifications & Experience • 10+ years of experience in product management in Cloud, IaaS, or Managed Cloud Services. • Understanding of cloud economics, DR/backup models, and cloud architectures. • Deep exposure to Indian Enterprise and SMB market needs. • Experience in launching cloud products or services and growing business 10X. Skills & Attributes • Strong business acumen with technical depth. . Relevant Certifications • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills. • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to prioritize features based on market impact and feasibility. Key Responsibilities Understand ZeaCloud’s cloud architecture and services in depth and map them to customer use cases. Support sales team in solution positioning, proposals, demos, and RFP responses. Gather customer insights, pain points, and feedback and translate them into product improvement ideas. Work with technical teams to shape offerings and document solution architectures. Assist leadership in defining service packages, pricing models, and competitive positioning. Create clear customer-facing and internal documentation (presentations, datasheets, FAQs). Over time, evolve into managing product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategy. What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in cloud pre-sales / solution consulting (IaaS, backup, DR, virtualization, or managed services). Strong technical grounding in cloud platforms, virtualization, and IT infrastructure. Good commercial understanding of pricing models, deal structuring, and value articulation. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Analytical mindset with ability to align customer needs to business strategy. Curiosity and drive to grow into a full product management role. Nice to Have Exposure to CloudStack, VMware, or OpenStack-based cloud platforms. Thorough understanding of backup and cross-platform replication technologies Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements. Prior experience in creating solution or service bundles.
