Job Description

To drive product innovation and growth by translating user needs and business strategy into actionable features and enhancements.
To assist in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

Masters in Business Administration

from a Top institute would be preferred.

Experience:

1 - 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and managing product roadmapsaligning with overall product strategy and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product featuresenhancementsand bug fixes based on business priorities and customer needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.
Create and maintain product documentationincluding user storiesproduct requirementsand feature specifications.
Support the development of product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making.
Assist in managing the product development lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioningmessagingand go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills:

Exceptional Stakeholder Communication : Ability to craft compelling narratives around the producteffectively communicate updateschallengesand roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders.
Product Growth Orientation : Demonstrated experience in driving product growth through strategic planninguser feedback analysisand data-driven decision-making.
Strong Product Sense : Deep understanding of user needs and pain pointswith the ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Issue Identification & Resolution : Skilled at identifying product issuesprioritizing themand coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Proven ability to work across teams to align product goalsmanage dependenciesand deliver high-impact outcomes.
Travel Flexibility : Willing and able to travel to HealthCity and other locations as required for product-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
This role requires a proactiveanalyticaland user-centric individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
