Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical professional to drive our social media strategy through in-depth research, content planning, and trend analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding audience behavior, identifying emerging trends, and creating content strategies that align with our brand’s vision and growth goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences. Identify content opportunities based on social media analytics, trending topics, and cultural moments. Develop monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with the creative team to brief and ideate content formats (reels, posts, carousels, stories, blogs, etc.). Analyze performance metrics and optimize future content strategies. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, social media tools, and best practices. Research influencers and partnerships relevant to brand campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, values, and target audience. Requirements Proven experience (1–3 years) in social media research, strategy, or content planning. Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Creative thinker with a strong sense of trends, storytelling, and audience engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Trends, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar. Preferred Skills Experience in fitness, lifestyle, or premium brand industries (a plus). Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
