Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management (70%):
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including student bodies, academic departments, and administrative staff, to understand user needs and pain points.
  

• Assist in developing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  

• Author clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  

• Work closely with UX/UI designers and engineers to translate requirements into functional and intuitive features.
  

• Analyze product data and user feedback to inform future product decisions.
  

• Quality Assurance (30%):
  

• Own the quality of the product by developing and executing comprehensive test plans for new features and regression testing.
  

• Perform hands-on manual testing across web and mobile platforms to identify, document, and triage bugs.
  

• Work directly with the development team to ensure bugs are resolved and quality standards are met before release.
  

• Champion a culture of quality across the product development lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.
  

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Product Management, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
  

• A strong understanding of QA principles and methodologies. Prior hands-on experience as a QA Analyst or Engineer is highly desirable.
  

• A deep passion for understanding users and building solutions that meet their needs.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

• Ability to break down complex problems, think critically, and use data to make informed decisions.
  

• A proactive team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  

• Bonus Points: Experience working with EdTech platforms or university management systems.
