Associate Product Manager (APM)

What You’ll Do

• Product Development & Strategy

• Support the product team in shaping roadmaps for smartwatches, accessories, and upcoming launches.
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify opportunities in the wearable & lifestyle tech market.
• Translate market and customer insights into product requirements and features.

• Execution & Delivery

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing for execution.
• Ensure timely launches with high-quality product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements.

• Customer Insights & Market Research

• Collect user feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze product usage data.
• Work closely with community and customer success teams to improve experience.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies and product storytelling.
• Work with design to ensure products align with the brand’s bold, aesthetic identity.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (internships count!).
• Passion for

  consumer products, wearables, and lifestyle tech

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a

  fast-paced, startup environment

  where chaos = creativity.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA, Figma, or Trello is a plus.
