QC Executive

Job Description

Location : Noida Department : Quality Control Reporting to : Product Head We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Executive for the Anarc smartwatch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing returned watches from consumers, identifying hardware/software issues. The role will be based primarily out of the warehouse, with occasional travel to the factory during new material or MKI (Mass Kickoff Inspection) phases. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test smartwatches returned by consumers for defects or malfunctions. Diagnose issues related to display, sensors (HR, SpO2, etc.), crown, side button, charging, and connectivity etc. Maintain detailed records of defects, test results, and repair actions taken. Coordinate with the factory and customer service teams for faster turnaround. Maintain quality logs and prepare daily/weekly reports. Visit factory during MKI and mass production phases to inspect raw materials and finished goods Ensure adherence to defined product quality standards and SOPs. Conduct visual and functional checks of packaging, straps, buckles, and overall finishing. Work closely with the production and product team to flag any quality issues early. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1-2 years experience in Quality Control, preferably in consumer electronics or wearables. Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related technical field. Familiarity with smartwatch components and functionality. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
