Record and maintain test results in prescribed formats with accuracy and clarity. Immediately report any out-of-specification (OOS) results or deviations to the QC Head. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain QC documents including logbooks, test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and equipment calibration records. Ensure proper sampling and labeling procedures in accordance with GMP and internal quality standards. Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and comply with internal and regulatory standards. Equipment Handling: Operate laboratory instruments such as pH meter, UV spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, weighing balance, etc. Assist with calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of QC instruments.
