QC Executive

Job Description: QC (Quality Control) Executive

Location: Ayurved Rasayani, 48/7, Mahalunge-Nande Road, Mahalunge, Tal-Mulshi, Pune-411057, Maharashtra, India

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control Testing:

• Perform testing of raw materials (RM), in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and SOPs.
• Record and maintain test results in prescribed formats with accuracy and clarity.
• Immediately report any out-of-specification (OOS) results or deviations to the QC Head.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain QC documents including logbooks, test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and equipment calibration records.
• Ensure proper sampling and labeling procedures in accordance with GMP and internal quality standards.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and comply with internal and regulatory standards.

Equipment Handling:

• Operate laboratory instruments such as pH meter, UV spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, weighing balance, etc.
• Assist with calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of QC instruments.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Store teams for timely sample collection and testing.
• Support senior analysts in preparing documentation and reports for internal reviews and audits.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• B. Pharm, D. Pharm or related life sciences.

Experience:

• Only Freshers or candidates with a maximum of 1 year experience in Quality Control or laboratory roles will be considered.
• Strong academic knowledge and a keen interest in pharmaceutical QC are essential.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of analytical and chemical testing techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and safety protocols.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to clearly read and write technical reports and records.
• Comfortable communicating in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Organizational & Personal Attributes:

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Strong work ethics and proactive attitude.
• Ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Team player with good interpersonal coordination.
