QC Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspection, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities and test results.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and quality assurance protocols.
• Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions in collaboration with production and QA teams.
• Assist in calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Prepare and review quality documentation and reports for internal audits and client requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in QC (preferably in [industry, e.g., pharmaceutical / food / manufacturing sector]).

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, pH meter, etc.).
• Familiar with ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
