Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Assist in defining product vision and strategy.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Support the development of product roadmaps and timelines.

Project Coordination:

Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product requirements are met.
Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
Help prepare and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications.

Customer Interaction:

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
Participate in customer meetings and interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address product-related issues.

Data Analysis:

Monitor product performance and usage metrics.
Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimizations.
Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market trends.

Product Launch:

Assist in the planning and execution of product launches.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
Help create product training materials and user guides.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
