Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction sessions. Maintain HR records and update internal databases with new hire information. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events. Help in drafting HR policies, communications, and other documentation as needed. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Who You are A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
