About the Role

Associate Product Manager


You will collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering, and operations teams to define product requirements, streamline execution, and deliver impactful solutions for customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own product lifecycle end-to-end: from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and iteration.
  • Work closely with engineering and operations to design, develop, and scale backend or ops-driven product features.
  • Translate business challenges into structured product requirements and user stories.
  • Leverage data (SQL, Excel, product analytics tools) to generate insights, define success metrics, and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate across functions (engineering, operations, business) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features with high ownership and accountability.
  • Maintain clear, structured communication with stakeholders through documentation, updates, and presentations.


Requirements

  • Experience:

    2–4 years of total professional experience, with at least 2+ years in Product Management.
  • Industry Background (preferred):

    D2C, e-commerce, logistics, or consumer-tech.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a Tier-1 institution (e.g., IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS, NIT, or equivalent) with strong academic credentials.
  • Technical background is a strong plus.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or product analytics tools.
  • Systems thinking and structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, ops, business).
  • High ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
