Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager at Newton, located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for owning and driving a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap. Your focus will be on balancing metric movers, customer delights, and customer asks to ensure the success of the products. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing business reports to assess the impact of products on key metrics, generating innovative ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience, and analyzing market and competitive conditions to identify new business opportunities. You will actively engage with customers, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of products, build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and plan project timelines and resources efficiently. To excel in this role, you should hold an engineering degree, with a postgraduate degree in engineering or business domains being desirable. A minimum of 3 years of product management experience is required, along with a strong understanding of database structures and MMP platforms like Appsflyer and Branch. Proficiency in data and analytic tools such as Tableau, SQL, and creating queries is essential. Excellent communication skills, strong documentation abilities, and a working knowledge of online advertising are highly valuable assets for this position.
