Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Grexa AI Pvt Ltd in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will play a key role in shaping, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions for small and medium businesses in India. Working closely with senior product leaders, engineering, design, and growth teams, you will be responsible for identifying user needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring the successful execution of product initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers to refine the product roadmap, writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, coordinating across different teams for timely execution, conducting user research to gather feedback for product improvements, monitoring product analytics for optimization opportunities, driving go-to-market strategies, and staying updated on industry trends, especially in AI and SaaS. To excel in this role, you should have at least 13 years of experience in product management, tech consulting, or early-stage startups, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, familiarity with agile tools and product development lifecycles, a learning mindset with a bias toward action, and attention to detail. Being based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and open to working from the Vashi office is essential. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience working on SaaS or AI-first products, exposure to UI/UX design principles, customer interviews, or basic wireframing, understanding of APIs, data flows, or technical systems, and a passion for solving real-world problems for small and medium businesses in India.
