Job Description

Tools: - Knowledge of atleast one e-procurement platforms like SAP /Ariba/Oracle

Communication Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English– verbal, written, etc.
Ability to co-ordinate independently with onshore clients via. conference calls and e-mails
Analytical thinking and problem solving.
Lead and manage end-to-end migration activities
Co-ordination with onshore (US) clients via. conference call & emails
Evaluate the schedule and technical feasibility of the project
Communication with internal & external project stakeholders
Co-ordinate the technical B2B ERP integration – initiation, UAT, troubleshooting, onboarding, post go-live technical & business support
Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Manage stakeholder communication and handle escalations effectively
Ensure adherence to project timelines, compliance, and quality standards
