- Communication Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English verbal, written, etc.
- Ability to co-ordinate independently with onshore clients via. conference calls and e-mails
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Lead and manage end-to-end migration activities
- Co-ordination with onshore (US) clients via. conference call & emails- Evaluate the schedule and technical feasibility of the project- Communication with internal & external project stakeholders- Co-ordinate the technical B2B ERP integration initiation, UAT, troubleshooting, onboarding, post go-live technical & business support- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones- Manage stakeholder communication and handle escalations effectively- Ensure adherence to project timelines, compliance, and quality standards
