About The Role The Associate will manage operational, academic, and communication activities for colleges and universities under various Partnership projects. The role includes Digital marketing courses and trainer management, student coordination, content uploading via LMS, reporting, and Confidential links sharing with institutes, trainers, and internal teams (E.g. MOU, Content etc.). Note: This role requires flexible working on Saturdays and Sundays (1st half), depending on project and academic requirements. Occasional travel to the partner colleges may be required. Work location: IIDE campus, Andheri West. Timings: 9:30 am- 6:30 pm Key Responsibilities College/University Project Management: Manage requirements for Partnership/EdTech projects. Handle academic operations from start to finish. Course Monitoring & Student Coordination: Track course progress and share feedback with faculty. Connect with students via Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp. Set up online classrooms and manage institute assets. Content & LMS Management: Upload course material on college portals and IIDE LMS. Ensure timely updates for students and trainers. Trainer Management: Source and onboard trainers (scrapping and outreach). Support trainers and resolve their queries. Internal Communication: Act as a bridge between the College, trainer, and internal teams. Share regular updates on course schedules and guidelines. Reporting & Analysis: Create reports on course progress, engagement, and operations. Analyze student and trainer feedback to suggest improvements. Stakeholder Management: Follow up with colleges, trainers, and teams for smooth operations. Process Planning: Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and project planning. Skills Required Excellent English communication (written and verbal). Interest in student interactions. Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities. Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive). Comfortable with WhatsApp, Zoom, and email automation tools. Active LinkedIn user for trainer outreach. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience Required 1-2 years of experience Preferably with experience in the education sector or project coordination Additional Information Flexible working on Saturdays and Sundays as per project needs. Weekday compensatory offs may be given, depending on the workload and management policies. Requirements Who You Are: Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in student-facing or customer service roles. Preferred age range: 32-40 years. Proven leadership experience in ed-tech or student-centric environments. Successful track record of managing teams of 10-15 individuals. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a vibrant and optimistic mindset. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and ensure an exceptional student experience. Should Have: Experience in implementing process efficiencies and automation in educational settings. Familiarity with student retention strategies and academic event management. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: Experience in digital marketing education or related fields. Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
