Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate in Club Mahindra. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including handling check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel.
Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management principles and practices.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
