We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets at Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd.. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting effective sales plans, and presenting those plans to upper management. The role requires an individual who can keep the company competitive and innovative by driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing and executing sales goals.
• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and working closely with them to provide tailored solutions.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic sales forecasts, to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets (both domestic and international), monitor market trends, and stay informed on new products and competitive positioning.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any field. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or associate with a consistent track

record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Committed to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars,

and conferences.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and

effectively at all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from initial plan to successful closure.
• Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong) as required for

business meetings and events to achieve sales targets.
