As an Associate in Nagpur with 4.5-8 years of experience in INDIA, your role will involve the following: - Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Ensuring a positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions/reopen cases. - Participating or contributing to EN business in creating proposals to drive service improvement plans. - Independently resolving tickets and ensuring that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. - Providing support for on-call escalations/L3 level support and handling incident & problem management. - Working on value-adding activities such as updating & managing the knowledge base, training freshers, coaching analysts, and participating in hiring drives.
