Key Responsibilities

As an Associate - MO – Equity Derivatives at Natixis, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the proper recording of structured and exotic transactions related to equity derivatives and issuances.
• Documenting operating procedures and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Analyzing new products in collaboration with other bank departments, including Front Office and support functions.
• Identifying solutions to enhance the efficiency and robustness of existing processes.
• Controlling, affirming, issuing, and reconciling performance payments resulting from equity derivatives with counterparties.

Required Skills

To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

• In-depth expertise in equity derivative products and their associated processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation, fostering effective relationships across teams.
• Familiarity with the SOPHIS software package is a plus.
• A high level of attention to detail and rigor in executing tasks, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in Trade Support, Middle Office, or Back Office roles.
• Proven experience in managing equity derivatives and related operational processes.
• Experience in documentation and operational procedure development.
