The Executive - Billing Engineer - Civil / Services is responsible for managing cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying for civil and service-related projects. This role includes preparing accurate quantity estimates, verifying contractor bills, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting project financial documentation. The Executive will collaborate with project teams to optimize budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting, ensuring project delivery within defined budgets and timelines.Responsibilities

Provide necessary inputs viz. work done / certified works, balance works as per GFC drawings and site conditions for preparation of CTC Report / Cost ForcastingTendering, Contracting, And Documentation
Ensure compliance with contract conditions in all contracting processes.Provide necessary documents for work order amendments due to quantity variations / Extra items etc.Provide / Assist for the rate analysis of extra itemsAnalyse and Assist for settlement of claims by the contractorsBilling & Certification
Verify contractor invoices for measurement accuracy, quantities, and rates in accordance with contract terms.Certify and recommend contractor payments after thorough compliance checks.Track and reconcile on-site material quantities and costs, ensuring alignment with project specifications.Initiate debit notes to the contractors wherever applicable as per work order terms and conditions.Quantity Surveying & Project Coordination
Study the drawings and prepare quantity take off (QTO) with detailed measurement sheets for billing / Work order amendments for all civil / MEPF servicesEnsuring optimal material utilization and cost control.Perform site visits to validate Contractor bills and assess work progress against BOQs and contract terms.Prepare / Review and certify Bar Bending Schedules and conduct quantity takeoff from GFC drawings.Financial Verification & Reconciliation
Verify project bills against Work Order terms, BOQs, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and site conditions.Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for materials and track usage against budgeted projections.Conduct measurement checks to evaluate completed work and process payments accordingly."Key Stakeholders - Internal
