Associate Manager- QS Billing

As an Executive - Billing Engineer - Civil / Services at Adani Realty, your role involves managing cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying for civil and service-related projects. Your primary responsibility is to ensure accurate quantity estimates, verify contractor bills, ensure contract compliance, and support project financial documentation. Collaboration with project teams is key to optimizing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting for timely project delivery within defined budgets and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide necessary inputs such as work done/certified works, balance works as per GFC drawings, and site conditions for preparation of CTC Report/Cost Forecasting. - Ensure compliance with contract conditions in all contracting processes and provide necessary documents for work order amendments due to quantity variations/extra items. - Assist in rate analysis of extra items and settlement of claims by contractors. - Verify contractor invoices for measurement accuracy, quantities, and rates according to contract terms. - Track and reconcile on-site material quantities and costs, ensuring alignment with project specifications. - Initiate debit notes to contractors when applicable as per work order terms and conditions. - Study drawings, prepare quantity take-off (QTO) with detailed measurement sheets for billing/work order amendments for all civil/MEPF services. - Ensure optimal material utilization and cost control. - Conduct site visits to validate contractor bills, assess work progress against BOQs, and contract terms. - Prepare/review and certify Bar Bending Schedules and conduct quantity take-off from GFC drawings. - Verify project bills against Work Order terms, BOQs, GFC drawings, and site conditions. - Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for materials and track usage against budgeted projections. **Qualifications:** - **Educational Qualification:** B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering - **Work Experience:** Minimum of 10 years - **Preferred Industry Experience:** Experience in Quantity Surveying within real estate, infrastructure, or construction services.
