As an independent individual, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, procurement, and vendor contracts within the Company. Your role will involve exposure to critical functions in the power and infrastructure sectors, including contracts management, procurement, project management, and comprehension of LC/BGs, warranty, and indemnity issues. Your duties will include finalizing, reviewing, and negotiating General Conditions of Contract (GCC) for various contracts, as well as handling Non-Disclosure Agreements, MoUs, LoIs, LoAs, Lender Agreements, Bank/Financial Institution documents, and other commercial agreements.
