Associate Manager – Human Resource & Communications
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Talent Acquisition
– Plan and execute hiring strategies, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and ensure a strong talent pipeline.Onboarding & Orientation
– Design and conduct smooth onboarding programs.Exit Management
– Conduct efficient and respectful offboarding processes.Performance & Feedback Management
– Coordinate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.Compliance & Policy Management
– Ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements, including HR audits and documentation for employee, vendor, risk, asset, and access management.Organizational Efficiency
– Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Communications
Employee Engagement
– Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building programs, and culture initiatives.Communication
– Develop and circulate key updates to keep stakeholders informed and connected.Culture Advocacy
– Act as a custodian of WOOP’s values, promoting transparency, trust, and collaboration across the organization.
Skills & Competencies Required
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR.Attention to Detail
