Role Summary


Associate Manager – Human Resource & Communications



Key Responsibilities


Human Resources Management


  1. Talent Acquisition

    – Plan and execute hiring strategies, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  2. Onboarding & Orientation

    – Design and conduct smooth onboarding programs.
  3. Exit Management

    – Conduct efficient and respectful offboarding processes.
  4. Performance & Feedback Management

    – Coordinate performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  5. Compliance & Policy Management

    – Ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements, including HR audits and documentation for employee, vendor, risk, asset, and access management.
  6. Organizational Efficiency

    – Identify and implement HR process improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration.


Communications


  1. Employee Engagement

    – Plan and execute engagement activities, team-building programs, and culture initiatives.
  2. Communication

    – Develop and circulate key updates to keep stakeholders informed and connected.
  3. Culture Advocacy

    – Act as a custodian of WOOP’s values, promoting transparency, trust, and collaboration across the organization.


Skills & Competencies Required


  1. Experience

    - 2+ years of experience in HR.
  2. Attention to Detail

    – Accuracy in documentation, compliance, and reporting.
  3. Integrity & Maturity

    – High ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  4. Communication Skills

    – Clear, concise, and engaging written and verbal communication.
  5. Empathy

    – Ability to understand and address employee concerns effectively.
  6. Proactive & Independent

    – Takes initiative, asks insightful questions, and learns quickly.
  7. Logical Thinking & Problem-Solving

    – Ability to analyze challenges and propose practical solutions.
