What You'll Do

• Gain excellent understanding of WOOP’s value proposition, platform and business model with an ability to communicate, track, and scale solutions for clients as required
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
• Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations to translate them into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, insights, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all client requirements are met with high-quality outputs and within agreed timelines.
• Manage feedback loops effectively to ensure revisions are captured and addressed.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by recommending new services or solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, decisions, and changes to campaign scope or direction.
• Support in preparing campaign reports, content, and case studies.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Minimum 2 years of substantial and demonstrable experience in client servicing or sales with specific knowledge of advertising and working with clients and media agencies
• Detail-oriented, with a knack for managing timelines and quality delivery.
• Preferable: experience in a key media sales or client servicing position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of the online advertising industry and performance marketing including major recent trends; knowledge of lead generation - engagement - advocacy model will be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt and develop.
• Preferable: Proven track record working with major brands and advertising/media agencies directly
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Need to have good PPT making skills, Xcel basics and strong logical-reasoning. Good relationship building, presenting and project management skills.
