Associate Manager – Events

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute business events and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead-generation goals.
• Design and implement BTL marketing initiatives for effective audience engagement.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure strong online promotion of events across channels.
• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution of events.
• Create and manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and operational planning.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams for smooth execution and post-event reporting.
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative event formats that resonate with the target audience.
• Support post-event content creation, including videos and promotional materials.
• Track event performance metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize future initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in business event planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of

  marketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing

  .
• Proven experience in

  vendor management

  and stakeholder coordination.
• Creative thinker with the ability to execute unique and engaging event concepts.
• Experience with

  webinars and virtual events

  .
• Proficiency in

  video editing tools

  for promotional and post-event content.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights from event performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with event promotion and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with event analytics and ROI measurement tools.
