Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Handling The Total Gammut Of Administration * For General Administration, Site Office Management, Facility Management , Transport Management,Vendor Management,Event management Etc. * Plan, Prepare and administered the Annual Admin Budget. * Preparation & Formation of .SOPs in all Admin Facilities and its implementation.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Should have good communication skill, Polite, well acquainted with general management of administration. Must be familiar with all senior executives of the organization at site and at corporate level. Proactive in handling the issues. 2. Ensure Good Housekeeping & Catering arrangement of all offices & Guest . 3. Ensure timely processing of admin bills/payments through NIS/PR/SES . 4. MIS management skill. 5. Ensuring /Prepare, Monitor and control admin Opex/Capex budget. 6. Ensuring seating arrangement at Site Offices/Porta Cabins and pantry services at all Plant offices. 7. Procurement and maintain of records of all the stationery materials. Ensuring its Utilisation and adequate inventory all the time. 8. Initiate procedures related to procurement, preservation, recording ,utilisation and Adequate inventory of all movable assets including furniture and fixtures, appliances etc. related to Admin. 9. Implementing SOPs & procedures of payment of Office Expenses, House Rent as well as other terms and conditions. Review on regular basis to ensure cost effective Management. 10. To ensure smooth and timely availability of Seating space, Pantry & Food services and accommodation of all the employees at remote locations and timely provision of F&B Services. Organizing Event & VIP Management. 11.Take periodic visits to Admin areas in mining/canteen and identify problems and take actions to correct them. 12. Organize employee connect events (Festivals. Special events) and welfare activities in Company Offices. 13. Ensure timely renewal of annual AMCs of equipment and proper repair maintenance. 14. Ensure 100% compliance to company admin policies. 15. To facilitate administrative processes including the guest house, employee travel, transport facilities and other related tasks within the allocated budget.

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualifications and Experience Essential: Graduations / MBA with 10+ years of experience. Desired: Expertise In The Area of General & Facilities Management of Administration.
