Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart and driven Associate: Growth & Strategy to join our fast-growing team. You’ll work directly with leadership on key strategic initiatives across business development, GTM planning, and analytics. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to learn how to scale a deeptech B2B SaaS company solving real-world fraud problems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels
  • Analyze product usage and customer data to generate actionable insights
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning for product launches and feature updates
  • Work closely with founders on sales strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • Track KPIs and build internal dashboards to measure growth performance
  • Assist in fundraising material, investor updates, and strategic partnership proposals
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis


What You’ll Need

  • 0–2 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, or an early-stage startup
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel is a must; SQL is a plus)
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, fintech, risk, or compliance domains
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
