Overview: -

As a Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative thinking and communication identity of our brand. The role involves crafting high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and helps explain complex fraud detection concepts in a simple, engaging way. You'll work closely with multiple teams to bring our products and solutions to life through impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging content including blogs, website pages, product descriptions, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and emailers.
• Research fraud prevention trends, regulatory changes, digital identity, and fintech use cases to develop insightful and original content.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and tech teams to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Assist in scripting product videos, social media reels, and explainer animations.
• Contribute content ideas and angles for thought leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, FAQs, product sheets, and customer-facing materials.
• Help build and organize a centralized content repository for future reuse and reference.
• Participate in content planning discussions, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Create SEO-optimized content using keywords, metadata, and content structuring best practices.
• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and suggest improvements for reach and engagement.
• Ensure brand voice and tone are maintained consistently across all platforms.
• Stay updated with content trends in the fraud detection, cybersecurity, fintech, and SaaS spaces.
