Associate Director of Sales

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market clients in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Consumer Tech.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring strong ROI for customers.
• Build and mentor a regional sales team focused on solution selling and consultative engagement.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and solution engineering teams to design winning proposals and POCs.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships with system integrators, telecom partners, and OEMs.
• Track market trends, competitor insights, and evolving customer needs to shape Intalk.io’s go-to-market strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years of proven experience in enterprise or SaaS sales, ideally within contact center, CPaaS, UCaaS, or cloud telephony domains.
• Strong business network across Western India (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat).
• A consultative seller who understands technology, ROI-driven deals, and customer success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
