Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for the Associate Director of Sales. The individual will manage sales operations, work closely on business development strategies, lead a team to deliver results, and ensure seamless coordination with internal departments. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, creating sales forecasts, achieving revenue targets, and overseeing customer service standards. The role demands active engagement in networking, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities to position Seven Seas Hotel as a leading choice for luxury accommodations and events.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of revenue generation and client relationship management.
  • Experience in Business Development, including market research, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing effective strategies.
  • Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with proven ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality Customer Service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality or event sales is an advantage.
