Job Description

We are looking for a skilled sales professional with 8 to 14 years of experience to join our team as an Associate Director of Sales at the Grand Hyatt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
