About the Role:

Associate Director – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent business growth.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, operations) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform sales strategies.
• Present and negotiate business proposals, media plans, and campaign solutions.
• Drive performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting for leadership reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or brand partnerships.
• Strong network within the advertising, media, and marketing ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance business goals and creative solutions.
• Experience in digital, print, and integrated media sales preferred.
